Jes von Henzke was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She grew up being inspired by her family who make art, act, sing, play, produce, create, and share their artistic gifts with the world. 

Her obsession with animals big and small began when she was a child, and has yet to falter. Jes was often found playing with her impressive stuffed animal collection, caring for her own pets at home, or volunteering with animal rescues to help educate others on the importance of our animal friends.

The intricacies of the natural world delight and soothe her and she frequently communes with nature to assist in her own healing journey.
